I have been using the Daily Journal everyday as a structured way to journal. What is wild is the things I jot down as things I need to do today somehow always manifest, whether it is because I have set the intention to do so, or that because they are written down I am consciously ensuring they get done, either way I love to see it! I have incorporated this practice as part of my daily morning routine and love that it creates focus and gratitude for the day! Paired with my matcha ritual, it really sets me up for a productive day where I feel in control.
