3. Journal. My go to is the Five Minute Journal. In less than five minute you can read an inspiring quote, set an intention for the day and express gratitude

4. Make the bed

5. Show your skin some love with our morning skin care routine

6. Brew a cup of tea, warm lemon water homemade elixir to jumpstart your digestive fire for the day
