Easy 10 Minute Vegan Fajitas


If you've been watching my stories you know I eat these spicy #vegan fajitas at least once per week! They are super easy to make, and are super filling! #Minimalism is not just about aesthetics the concept of high quality over quantity still remains when it comes to food. I prefer to use organic where possible to increase the quality of a very simple meal with minimal ingredients.


What you need?

red peppers

green peppers

yellow peppers

onions

mushrooms

grain free wraps, these are my go-to, but I also like corn tortillas (pictured)

avocado

BBQ sauce

Umami Hot Mexican blend

Olive Oil



How to make it? Super easy.

1. Sautee the peppers, onions + mushrooms in olive oil. 2. Add Umami hot mexican seasonings.

3. Cover in bbq sauce to your liking.

4. Heat the wraps in the pan (I like to do this after cooking the veggies so it gets some of the flavor/bbq sauce).

5. Add sliced avocado!


That's it!


Takes 10 minutes from start to finish and is SO SO Good!
